Do you provide transport?
Yes. We can provide transport in a normal car for appointments, shopping and outings. Please note: we do not provide wheelchair-accessible transport.
Can a family member book on someone’s behalf?
Yes. We’re happy to speak with a family member. We’ll always respect the client’s preferences.
Do you help inside the home?
We can offer light, practical support connected to an outing (e.g., helping you get ready, finding items, confirming appointment details). We do not provide personal care or medical services.
